Today we’re focusing on how simple, balanced meals can support our overall health and help us feel our best throughout the day.

A balanced plate can help:
• 🔋 Maintain steady energy levels
• 😊 Support mood and mental wellbeing
• 💪 Improve immunity
• ⚖️ Keep blood sugar stable
• 🌱 Encourage long‑term healthy habits

✅ Tips for building a balanced meal:
• Fill half your plate with vegetables for vitamins, minerals and fibre
• Add a source of lean protein (chicken, fish, beans, eggs, tofu)

On Mondays we have a Drop In open to anyone, where often we have different agencies visiting. This week we had Charlotte from Xyla, East Riding Healthier Futures.helping people with giving up smoking and Michelle from ERYC Active Communities who was giving advice to people to become more active as well as blood pressure checks and info on healthier lifestyles .
It is important to us that people have access to support from many different places ❤️
