Very lucky that the peak of the pending wolf moon will be at 10:03 am on Saturday !
🧘‍♂️ our practice will be focusing on the kidneys the bladder and the deep nervous system 🩷
Bring extra blankets as we will be doing some restorative poses too 🩷🩷🩷

♏️ Scorpio is my moon sign and I hadn’t been aware of it but at 4 am I bolted out of bed with a zing feeling!! Turns out it’s the new moon 🌚
For an amazing astrology experience I highly recommend .tarot 🙏
🧘‍♂️ is highlighting my connection to the universe and after a trippy experience with Fabiano from TTC training last night I think I got my fascia well in tune with the cosmos!!

Today I’m offering a grounding practice with spinal mobility movement as we head into winter ❄️ some lovely detoxifying twists and some gorgeous spinal flexion & extension for keeping us supple in the changing season 🍂🍁🌎

Hi everyone🌺

I’m thrilled to announce that I will be starting my own yoga classes this November!🧘‍♂️🩵
I’ve been training with the amazing since the start of the year, and I am now insured to teach 2 hours a week. 💛
This is a big step into the unknown for me, but I absolutely love delivering classes to friends and family- so I’m hoping that I can now share my love of yoga with even more people🌞🥰❣️

I’ll be hosting at Pool Methodist Church Hall every Saturday at 10am from the 15th November. All you need to bring is a mat and yourselves! ❤️
