👀 Many of us keep ourselves in a smaller place than is our reality. We stay locked in, keep aspects of ourselves hidden. Even, don't celebrate who we are, don't share wins, achievements, goals. For what and who? An old utter bs belief that we shouldn't "get above our station". We are not serving others anymore. You are free. You. Are. Freeeee

First time meeting these women and LOOK. We bonded, shared, laughed a lottt, one cried (at least one person crying at a meet is a win 😍☺️).

We all go to the same gym. Have the same MAGICIAN of a fu***ng superb trainer. We all, like you, have soul dreams, day to day priorities, trauma, love, worry, joy etc etc in our lives. Soooo different each of us in personality and priorities too. Yet, we clicked. We made it work, our cold water dip then sauna treat. It worked well

Because....each of us, no matter what's going on, has started to put our bodies first, how we feel, we invest in ourselves. We are rapidly becoming self loving, self respecting, self focused people. How glorious?!

As a result? Look at US! Genuine peace and joy in that moment. Strong bodies, getting stronger and healthier each week annnnd....we were able to connect with each other, us totally different beings because we recognised ourselves on each other. We care. We show up. Oh it's paying off folks.

Care, show up, love things, yourself, fire up! Turn on, expand, dig deep! Allllll the stuff. Become your best. More more more

Go further in your life, for your body, mind, relationships, bank balance....take leaps and DO IT

Got my converse boots 🙌 Treated myself.

Felt verrrrrry sad and unmotivated this morning, lots of things happening, some neighbours are just utter arses that I'd love to be able to go ape s**t on but instead just have to ignore. I've always been affected by others, something I'm verrry much working on and YouTube speeches help!

But..... anyway, made myself go the gym , had a beautiful actually beautiful talk with one of the PTs there about souls and the universe 🥹✨

Caught some sun , bought lovely food to make for tea. I'm okies. Still bit sad but.....least I feel things 🤗 How are you? What you treating yourself to? Xx

My grandma was my only ever grandparent. She had my back big time. Was the biggest persona I. The whole family to me. When she passed I asked for something of hers, got this old chipped vase 🥰 Potted a 2 leaf cheese plant the one you see in and spoke to it with love, calling it Majorie 2. Rested my sacred shamanic drum by it and any tarot deck that I love at the time to read by it. Nurtured and loved her and NOW LOOK. Majorie 2 needs repotting ☺️ I’ll do that. Cheesy next comment but do fricking true that when we give love, nurture ourselves, speak well to ourselves, show up for ourselves we too can grow proud and healthy af like M2 ###x You are worth the effort so are all my plants and herbs 😍💋💕

Ok. I've never worn shorts or a short skirt 👀 Been that girl to woman who says without even thinking 'i hate my legs'. Maybe we don't hate parts of our bodies (I mean how freaky is THAT) maybe we hate the thought's we have about them.

My legs. Lovvvve them for lots of reasons, strong AF mainly yes I'm clearing up some wobble on them (fucckkk you lock down weight gain, time to fly). But.... mostly I'm SO happy to be in a relationship with them now, not ignoring them or dismissing them. So yeah....here's me in my first pair of shorts for decades. Not waiting until they're "perfect" whatever that is. Also.....the work I'm doing on leg day at the gym is making my arse supreme tbh 🤔💋🍑 Love a win win xx

Spent the day in hospital with Scarlett 🥺 Ambulance there was scary AF to be honest, the "what ifs" and S was so ill. Me too. The paramedics were stunning women absolutely bang on in every way were so sweet with S even when she vommed all over their tablet that they'd put a cartoon on for her. They told me they'd watch Scarlett, to go back in the house and take 10 mins as I was so anxious and tense and poorly myself. I sat in lounge breathing, stopping, and feeling incredibly greatful to them. We were looked after at the hospital, attended to primarily by a student paramedic! They were really sweet.

We're back home, Scarlett is asleep next to me. I'm fully of love, gratitude and optimism about having a positive mindset about health moving forward. Our bodies fight off alllllsorts, I will no longer worry about external toxic influences, I will protect us more with spiritual practices and once I've my new car (oh yeah my car is broken too! ☺️👌) then I'm heading to every organic farm and health food shop I can find.

Life's good, a breakthrough has occurred. We have Influenza, it's been worrying for both our breathing but .....I'm trusting we're out the other end now

Again, thank you to those of you who care for me and Scarlett and for the ways you show it. We're continuously building our family from me and her to who knows hey ❤️💕🌹 But along the way whatever ends up know I appreciate you

Know too that we're all ok. Even when we're not. I hope you're feeling your own forms of light, own optimism, determination and have a sense of everything has worked out well or is working out well because it has. It is. All the time xx love to you

Mind blown by how accurate the messages were therefore how loving and truly beautiful the energies are that send me messages. I ignored them?! Disregarded them and let that regular utter bullshiiiitttte out there take over ugh!

Ok. Lesson taken and learned. Even though poorly AF (as predicted and lovingly earned of by the cards) I'm delighted to see and experience once again in my life how true and real this Tarot world is ❤️

Ok off to rest and reset. Listen to yourself and the unseen stuff, you'll be stunned by what you hear and recieve as a result xx
