Urgent Warning: Scam Alert at Our Leeds Shop – Please Share to Protect Others!

We wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at our shop yesterday evening around 6 PM. A customer booked an appointment with us using the mobile number 07957 781943. In good faith, we did not request a booking fee over the phone.

Upon arrival, the customer requested a change of therapist, which we accommodated without any additional charge for the first 15 minutes of the session. The second therapist, before proceeding, confirmed with the customer if everything was satisfactory, to which he agreed.

The customer received a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes of massage, focusing on his shoulder and back pain. However, after the session, he displayed aggressive behavior, falsely claimed to the second therapist that payment had already been made to the first therapist, and then ran out without paying. He has since blocked our phone number.

The customer was of Muslim appearance, driving a blue car, and spoke with a strong accent. We are deeply saddened and disappointed by this incident. As a new business, every payment is vital for our survival, especially as we have families and children depending on us, including those who need school supplies.

We have always strived to provide the best service and have never had any complaints. We are reaching out to the community for support. If anyone recognizes this individual or has any information, please help us by sharing this post.
