✨ A Wonderful Day Out in Knaresborough! Residents enjoyed a fabulous trip to the beautiful town of Knaresborough. From strolling along the riverside to admiring the stunning viaduct views, the day was filled with laughter, smiles, and plenty of shared memories with a traditional pub lunch to finish! ❤️

Residents and colleagues at HC-One’s Colton Lodges Care Home in Colton were treated to a show-stopping afternoon of rock and roll as renowned tribute artist, Memphis Pete, delivered an extraordinary Elvis Presley act.

✨ A Special Visit from Our Furry Friends! ✨

Today, our residents had some very special guests… a pair of gentle, fluffy alpacas and some little Guinea pigs🦙💛

The joy on everyone’s faces was priceless as they stroked, cuddled, fed and laughed with these calm and curious animals. Animal therapy has such a wonderful way of lifting spirits, sparking memories, and bringing a sense of calm and comfort.

A big thank you Butterwick Alpaca Retreat for bringing so much happiness into our home today. 🌸

🌸✨ Bringing Generations Together ✨🌸

Residents enjoyed a wonderful visit to Kids Planet Nursery where young and old came together for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and learning.

Our residents loved joining in with story time, arts and crafts, and looking after babies with the children — and the little ones were full of smiles, energy, and curiosity.

Moments like these show the joy of connecting generations. ❤️

Lovely trip out to lotherton hall. Residents loved seeing the birds and wildlife and looking round the stately home. Then a lovely pub lunch at crooked billet and a little nip in the local stables on the way home! ❤️
