Not all mat classes are created equal and you deserve more than just to “feel the burn.”
Mat Pilates should include:
• Clear alignment cueing
• Breathwork that supports core engagement
• Regressions and progressions
• Attention to neck and lower back positioning
• Intelligent sequencing — not random exercises

If you’re constantly straining your neck, rushing reps, or leaving confused about what you actually worked… that’s information.
Pilates is about precision, control, and building strength that carries into daily life — not just exhausting your abs.
