I'm Dr Rebecca McNeill, I have been a qualified doctor for 17 years, working as a general practitioner (13 years) and cosmetic medical doctor ( 4 years). Such a lovely group of delegates yesterday. I haven't posted in a while ( I'm terrible at this I know 🤦‍♀️😂) but I'm still busy training at skinviva and seeing patients in clinic!

Such a lovely result for this beautiful lady ❤️

She had noticed volume loss in her mid face.

After a thorough consultation we agreed a plan...

Over 2 sessions we first added volume to the deep cheek fat which sits underneath another layer of fat and muscle so it's well hidden!

On the second session we then added some definition by layering a lovely product in the superficial fat layer.

The result is so natural and subtle... she looks just the same but refreshed.

This lovely lady felt that that she was losing facial volume leading to sagging. We did a gentle treatment of her cheeks especially at the front area and the overall result was a refreshed, and lifted look. We then treated her lips! Photo to follow...

Does your under eye area bother you?

This lady came in initially asking for treatment of mild under eye hollowing.

After a consultation, we decided that the first step would be to address the volume loss to her cheek area which is adding to the appearance of hollowing.

She wanted this to be a very natural and subtle treatment and reported that she had never had a lot of volume in her cheeks in the first place, so we went with very small amounts.

Can you see the improvement not only to her under eye hollowing but softening of nose to mouth lines and the general lift has been created?

An amazing day being trained by the world class aesthetic doctor . Thank you so much!

This time, we were trained on HarmonyCa, a very exciting hybrid injectable that improves skin architecture - hyaluronic acid provides an immediate lift and the magic ingredient CaHA ( calcium hydroxyapatite for those who are interested!) supports the body's own collagen production for sustained lifting effect. Amazing. More on this to come soon..

So much fun to see my friends and colleagues for a day of learning and fun xx

Obagi skincare for treatment of Hyperpigmentation.

You might remember this lovely lady from a few months ago when we first met.

Her skin concern was hyperpigmentation. She has had this for many many years. We discussed using Obagi transformation system which is well known for its fantastic results.

We are only half way and look what a difference we are noticing already. There has been an improvement in the overall pigmentation, skin tone and texture. Friends have commented on how radiant her skin looks.

Results begin to be noticeable within 8-12 weeks and should continue to get better.

Who said dermal fillers in the lips make lips look 'done'?

Not in the rights hands! As you can see these lovely lips are the same shape but are now hydrated and a little plumper which is what this lady asked for - she had become aware of lost volume that is visible in the top photo.
