As an experienced psychotherapist my desire to branch out into massage is a natural evolution of my work, rooted in the principle that “the body holds the score” meaning physical and emotional well-being are interconnected. Unresolved emotional experiences can manifest as physical tension in the body. My aim is to offer holistic massage as a powerful tool to address physical manifestations of stress and trauma, helping clients achieve profound relaxation, emotional release, and a renewed sense of harmony within themselves in a safe and compassionate space.
