I've got some lovely news to share tonight! After sitting on the allotment waiting list for 3 years, today I've finally been offered a plot 😊 this means that I'll be growing an assortment of my best-loved herb friends...organic & as biodynamic as possible.

Patients will benefit from the resulting teas & tinctures (they won't be for sale in the general shop), adding yet more love into their bespoke blends.

Magic in a bottle ✨

For the last 2 weeks a nasty virus has been going through our household 🦠 it’s taken down my little girl badly and the other half. So I decided to have ago of this little gem made by Homestead Herbal

Very happy to report that I’m the only one in the family who’s still going strong 💪 which is amazing for me as previously I’d be the first to catch anything that’s going around and be really poorly from it.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It can be used as a preventative or a treatment. Once my little one is able to keep things down, I’ll be giving it to her too. Thanks so much Charlotte! I’ll definitely be back soon, stocking up with more 🤩

Health is quite literally your wealth. I've learned this the hard way and have never felt healthier now!

We often measure life by goals, ambitions, and long lists of plans.
But all of them quietly rest on something we rarely notice until it’s gone.

Health doesn’t shout for attention.
It simply holds everything else in place.

When the body is well, the future feels wide.
When it isn’t, clarity narrows to a single hope.

This is not a reminder to want less —
it’s a reminder to protect what makes wanting possible.

Well, I've done my best day ever (sales-wise) today, in the 15 months of being open - which is incredible. I'm so grateful!

Thank you to everyone who came in and shared their stories and allowed me to help today, from a loose leaf blend to a newly booked consultation, every interaction is so welcome.

I am back open for clinic Tuesday, and the shop is open from Wednesday and we'll do it all again.

Have a fab rest of the weekend, folks and enjoy that full moon 🌝 in Leo ♌️ tomorrow. I'll have a video coming out about herbs to work with for this!

HH is at the bottom of Stanley Street, Leek - next door to Leek Home for Strays (check out their bargains!) and next door but one to the health food shop.
