Finally!!! The bean bag has been filled!!! One more item off the lengthy "To Done" list.

Those who sit on the bean bag will now be comfortable again and not be almost sitting on the floor.

As the nights are drawing in and Autumn is here we are looking at creating a warm, cozy and inviting space with lots of offerings that bring community together in genuine connection and fun!

One item on our wish list -
ambient lighting

It will compliment Shambala's space and is much needed in the evenings.

Another exciting week for Shambala beginning on WED 29th October: 10.00-12.00pm we continue with our WELLNESS WEDNESDAY. An opportunity for meditation and reflection. No booking needed, just £5 minimum cash donation on the door.

On Friday evening 31st October, 6.30-9.00pm, we open our doors again for Friday Night CHILL, CHAT AND TUNES. An alternative to the pub where you can come and unwind, relax and chat. Minimum donation of £5 to cover for teas, coffees and other refreshments and snacks. All welcome.
