Introduction to Human Design Coffee Morning. Thursday 30 April 2026 from 10:00-12:00
Human Design is an incredible tool that maps out your unique energetic blueprint.
If you have ever craved more harmony, confidence in decision making or insight into how you are here to move through life. This work shop is for you.
During the 2 hour workshop you will:
o Receive your Human Design Chart.
o Understand the basics of your energy Begin to transform any conditioning.
o Discover how to start making decisions in alignment to you and your purpose.
We hope you will join Lucy for this relaxed, informal, small-group session, with plenty space to explore and ask questions.

And of Friday 1st May 6.00-9.30pm we welcome Meg Fry and Rachel Elnaugh for their Red Deer Green Dragon tour.

The experience lasts between 90 minutes and 120 minutes ~ comprising a mix of songs/chants/invocations led by Mog and metaphysical business wisdom from Rachel, with lots of audience participation.
There will also be an open mic Q&A session - where Rachel will guide you on any business challenges you may be facing and Mog will soothe with music any turbulence in your life, as we all hold space for you in circle.

Who wants to be a conscious entrepreneur of the new! We've so many heart centred, gentle and powerful role models creating our new way forward together.

On 1st May, Rachel Elnaugh-Love will be accompanied by Mog Fry to bring people together to focus on co-creating a new way forward.

If you don't know Rachel's back story, here are the main highlights

* she set up Red Letter Days, a successful business, by the time she was 21.

* She become one of the Dragon's Den mentors. Speaking and providing business mentorship.

* She went on to create Source TV.

* More recently Rachel has been prominent in speaking out about the hidden truth through her platform "Rachel Speaks Out"

* Her focus is to create change and focus upon empowerment, bringing community together and leading a new way forward.

* She set up The Love Party, which is growing.

Release, relax and recharge. Drift of to the healing sound and vibrations of sacred instruments.

We warmly welcome you to join us for a deeply restorative sound bath experience within the beautiful space of
Shambala.

This is a calm, welcoming and peaceful venue, the perfect environment to relax, reset and journey inwards.

Allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and Native American flute. These sacred instruments have been used for thousands of years to support deep physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Simply lie comfortably and allow the sound waves to wash through your body and energy field. As you enter a deep meditative, dream-like state, the nervous system can soften, allowing the body to rest, restore and naturally rebalance.
Each person's experience is unique. Our body, mind and spirit hold the energetic imprint of our life experiences, so you may notice different sensations, emotions or insights arising throughout the journey.

Sound baths can be deeply transformational, as vibration resonates through every cell of our being.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for extra support. (There are some available)

On Sunday 26th April 6.30-8.00pm Sue Turner returns with TAI CHI ON SUNDAY

Come and join Sue Turner to undertake and try her wonderful meditative style of teaching for Qigong Tai Chi.

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese slowed martial art often referred to as meditation movement. It is a series of varied postures and movements that flow into one another.

Because it is a mix of exercise and meditation, your brain gets a work out too - through co-ordination but also the wonderful relaxing and calming effect proven to calm the nervous system also.

Tai Chi has innumerable health benefits particularly in respiratory and heart health, but also boosts your immune system. The movements enhance your body's coordination and flexibility and balance.

Come and join Sue to experience some of these benefits in this beautiful setting.

Sue Turner has a background in rehabilitation within the NHS over 27 years. She has now set-up 4 years ago as an independent PT and well-being practitioner and is a Qualified Tai Chi Instructor for Rehabilitation alongside her other services.

A busy week ahead and we start on Tuesday 14th April with QUANTUM HEALING ACTIVATION WITH LORRAINE KEELING 7.00-9.00pm

Open - we will start with a welcome drink and some inspirational quotes to bring us into the space and set the energy.
Breath Activation - a few different techniques will be shared, which you can then practice at home.

Quantum Creator Activation - this is a guided journey to release limiting beliefs and replace them with the energy and vibration to begin to create a life of joy and purpose.

Movement Meditation and guided postures of empowerment.

You will be provided with a journal which includes guidance to note down the inspiration that you receive. You can then continue at home. Journaling on a regular basis clears the mental clutter so you can see what actually matters.

We will close with any questions, comments, or shared moments of inspiration.

My intention is for you to leave better and more aligned than you arrived, feeling empowered and optimistic.

Come and join Sue Turner to undertake and try her wonderful meditative style of teaching for Qigong Tai Chi.

We begin our week on TUESDAY 31st MARCH: 8.00-9.00pm. We welcome back Kelly Bisson for SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE.
a deeply relaxing session where you'll be guided through a calming frequency-based meditation while healing sound waves, layered tones, and resonant frequencies move through the body. With the gentle support of essential oils, this session is designed to soothe your nervous system, release tension, and restore balance on every level.
