Counselling addresses your unique life problems, identifying core issues which keep you from moving on successfully or from your healing. Clients are helped to overcome setbacks, grief and loss. Or you may want help with relationships, weight problems, anxiety, confidence and generally coping with life. Life Coaching is used for where you have a desire to live a more successful life, this could be in any life area. I help you to achieve your goals whether they be related to family, career, business, health, losing weight, love or being that better version of yourself. You are helped every step of the way by a specific tailored response for your very personal needs. Universal Energy Healing
I will guide a 5 -15 min. guided meditation, then as you relax to tailored brain wave music in the background, I will directly work on your chakras/energy centres for the duration of the healing. I will be working on clearing disturbances in your physical, emotional and spiritual fields, restoring these with health and positive vibrations. Upon waking I can tell you what I picked up on with any metaphysical messages. I will guide you through a hypnotic meditation, and talk to your subconscious mind as you are in a relaxing trance state. I will communicate your problems for the first part of the treatment; and then work on releasing any problematic areas, then I rewire your brain to achieve a positive state with added helpful thought patterns to replace the old beliefs and thoughts. We can also use Hypnotic Regression Therapy to travel into past lives or to venture into the meaning of dreams. Tarot and Oracle Readings
We will discuss and define your goals initially and evaluate the situation briefly, or you may wish to have a general reading. I will then let you know my first impressions and then go into a depth reading, where I can answer any questions which you may have throughout the process. You must remember, you always have fate and free-will, which allows for alternative routes in the flow of your path. These could be tragedies in your life, or feelings of failure, jealousy, mistrust or feelings of hopelessness and anger. I will listen and offer compassionate guidance. I will respond to everything on your mind with great passion and empathy with sincere intentions- to help, heal you to the very fullest. My advice is very relieving and healing and brings great peace and insight to release your pain and traumas. By you telling me about what is on your mind, letting it loose-I replace your aura with unconditional cosmic, divine compassion and unconditional healing for the growth of your physical and spiritual life.
