As an ex-professional dancer, I have a good understanding of the human body. If we want to be at the top of our game, performing to the best of our abilities, we MUST take time out to rest, revitalise and rehabilitate.

Massage is one of the tools we can utilise to achieve this. Take time for yourself and reward your body for all of its hard-work. My favourite metaphor to use to best describe this to people is a car - if your car was broken, you'd take it to a Garage to be fixed. Likewise, if your body isn't working as well as it should, we should take the time out to repair it.
