"I wish it to be placed on record that Raj has displayed outstanding qualities from day one. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

My wife, Janet, assumed residency in Oaklands on Friday, 21st October 2023 following the closure of her previous residence, St Bennett’s Care Home. I have been delighted with the standard of care in Oaklands from my first visit onwards. In fact, I feel as though I am entering a second family home when I visit Janet. Raj has been very helpful when I have consulted her. She was particularly helpful when I was choosing a recliner chair for Janet. When the chair arrived a day or two later, it turned out to be just right and Janet was delighted with it. She also assisted me with choosing a television set, which again was just right.

It is crystal-clear that Raj is an outstandingly talented home manager, whose staff is first-rate. Her two seniors, Rob and Happy, are particularly outstanding.

It is undoubtedly Raj and her staff who make Oaklands the first-rate home that it is and I am confident that the high standards displayed hitherto will be maintained.."
