Can’t quite believe we are beginning our 11th week of lockdown... We all have had to change our daily routines and adjust to a different way of life.

Is there anything you’ve embraced in this lockdown lifestyle that you’ve wanted to try before but never had the time?

I love books 📚Well to be more precise buying them and then looking at the nice display on the shelf!!! 😳 I’m really making the effort to actually read some... Before the next one arrives!!! 😂

My current read is Start with Why by Simon Sinek and I highly recommend 👍🏻

Have you found your mood and motivation fluctuate during this lockdown? Some days are just hard for no particular reason! Today was one of those...

What a difference just half an hour of exercise makes!!! Got out of bed... Off my butt and now feel much more positive 👍🏻
