There was an article in the newspaper recently about the extent of use of PPIs and the long term health issues with use. (For those unfamiliar, a PPI is a medications to suppress stomach acid). A poll within the article ask readers 'do you suffer from acid reflux?' The result has blown my mind!!! I must admit I know from clinical practice that this problem was big but 87% of people have acid reflux. Stats in the public domain show 20%! So a big difference. Maybe more people were entering the poll because they are suffering 🤷‍♀️ either way still big numbers. Not something we should just be putting up with. 💜 what about Nutritional therapy......

Back in clinic helping a client with IBS and fatigue after a beautiful 2 weeks in Sicily. What an amazing place, with my highlight being the city of Palermo!!! Incredible 💜 now back to doing what I love.
