Glen Parva Yogi's - this week is the Calm Sound Bath ❤️

As always my yoga classes are suitable for everyone, including the wobbly and wonky!

(And there's no such thing as being bad at yoga!)

I also don't care if youre "not flexible"🙌

A wonderful calming journey of sound, relaxation, poetry and guided visualisation. A carefully curated session that will leave you feeling peaceful and rested.

In this crazy fast paced world, come and slow down and just be.

🌟All led by Rachel who is a full qualified Sound Therapist🌟

In this chaotic, fast paced and busy world,this is your hour of simplicity. Listen to the sounds and let them heal you.

♥️We will begin with grounding and breathwork. Then moving into some gentle simple yoga, all laying down, to release tension from our bodies. I will then guide you into relaxation to take you deeper into your calm space. Then we go into the beautifully calming sound bath.

❤️Crystal bowls, tongue drum, koshi chimes, seed shaker and ocean drum

♥️ I am partial to a poem and a reading so expect a bit of that too 😊

♥️What is a sound bath?
No water or baths are involved! Simply lay back and let the sound wash over you. Sound baths are incredibly relaxing and are also healing on a cellular level. So you will leave the session feeling restored and calm.
