Big news is about to drop… and we’re sitting on it for one more week.

We’ve been quietly getting comfy behind the scenes, and let’s just say… you’ll want to sit back, relax, and get ready for something seriously exciting.

It’s almost time to unwind the details and we can’t wait to share what’s coming.

💬 The Life Changing Impact of DBT Therapy

We recently received this incredible feedback from a client who has been engaging in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT):

"I've been having DBT bi-weekly for months and am finding it to be incredible for helping me to cope with Borderline Personality. I hope to join the group sessions in 2026, but highly recommend anyone looking for help, get in touch! Everyone here is professional but really wants to help, and it seems it's not just a job to them. Rima has been fantastic in helping me to work through the chaos. Looking forward to getting my life back in the future."

DBT can truly be life changing for those struggling with intense emotions, relationship challenges, or difficulties managing distress. It’s a structured, evidence based approach that helps individuals:

💡 Develop emotional regulation skills

💡 Build stronger relationships

💡 Increase mindfulness and self-awareness

💡 Create a life that feels more stable and fulfilling

Hearing how our clients are regaining control, finding balance, and rebuilding their sense of self reminds us why we do what we do.

We’re deeply grateful for this feedback and proud of the courage our clients show every day in their recovery journeys.

If you or someone you know could benefit from DBT, we’re here to help you take that first step toward lasting change.

💬 Why Anger Management Therapy Matters.....

We recently received some wonderful feedback for our Practice Therapist, Jo, that highlights the real impact these sessions can have:

"I really valued the course and sessions I had with Jo and understanding how my anger works, and ways in which to cut it off and manage it. I feel that as a result of these sessions I have been able to manage my anger far better within my relationship, and I’m very grateful to Jo. She was very understanding, patient, helpful and approachable. I would definitely recommend her services for anyone else struggling with anger management."

Anger is a natural emotion, but when it starts to affect our relationships, work, or wellbeing, learning how to manage it effectively can be truly life-changing.

Anger management therapy isn’t about suppressing emotion; it’s about:

💚 Understanding the triggers and underlying causes
💚 Learning strategies to respond rather than react
💚 Building healthier communication and emotional awareness
💚 Strengthening relationships and self-control

We’re proud of the progress our clients make and grateful for the trust they place in us.

If you or someone you know could benefit from structured, supportive anger management sessions, we’re here to help.

For many counsellors and psychotherapists, core training emphasises the long-term nature of therapy, building trust, exploring the client’s life story, and developing the therapeutic relationship over time.

Meet Our New Trainee Therapist – Karen 🌿

We’re delighted to introduce Karen, who is currently studying for an MSc in Transactional Analysis (TA) at

Karen’s therapeutic approach focuses on Ego States – Parent, Adult, and Child – which shape how we think, feel, and behave throughout life. By understanding these states, Karen helps individuals recognise their behaviour and communication patterns, while exploring new and healthier choices.
