Happy 1st March 🌷✨

It’s been a quiet few weeks, busy, reflective and celebrating turning 30!

Stepping into March feels like the beginning of a new chapter.

This time last year, I was in a very different place and I’m proud of the growth that’s happened since.

Growth isn’t always loud or visible, but it changes how you see yourself and how you move through the world.

Mindfulness isn’t about emptying your mind or trying to feel a certain way…

It’s about just noticing what’s there and allowing it to exist without pushing it away.

When you stop fighting your thoughts and feelings, they often soften on their own.

Over time this creates space for understanding, self-compassion and real change.

Healing doesn’t come from avoidance, it comes from learning how to stay present with yourself 💚✨

For a lot of people today feels like the real start of the year.

Back to work, back to routines, back to everyday life.

If that feels a bit overwhelming, you’re not behind and you don’t need to go full speed straight away.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to suddenly feel motivated.

Take it one step at a time. Do what you can, pause when you need to, and let the rest come later.

Heading into the new year moving my body because it feels good, not just because I “should.”

For the first time, this year isn’t about resolutions. It’s about continuing what already supports me but that change definitely didn’t happen overnight!

If you’re setting goals, that’s great. If you’re not there yet, that’s okay too. There’s no right way to begin a new year. Progress doesn’t have to be loud, dramatic, or all or nothing.

Sometimes it’s just choosing what supports you a little more than before. Wherever you’re starting from, let it be gentle.

Small, consistent choices matter more than pressure ever will! 🤍✨

The start of a year always feels like a big reset but it doesn’t have to mean starting from zero…it’s just about figuring out what’s actually worth keeping.

The best way to move forward is to take an honest look at the last twelve months. Keep the things that brought some light, the wins, the good habits and the moments that felt right.

But for the things that didn’t work? Let them go. You don’t have to carry the stress, the what ifs, or the plans that didn’t work out.

2026 is about feeling a little lighter. Keep the good parts, learn from the rest and move on without the extra weight.

Letting go isn’t some big dramatic moment. Most of the time it’s quiet, messy and takes way longer than we expect.

It’s realising you don’t have the energy to keep carrying certain things anymore, old feelings, old patterns, old versions of yourself that were doing their best at the time.

You don’t have to rush it or do it perfectly. You’re allowed to take your time, to change your mind, to feel attached and still choose peace.

Healing isn’t about pretending it didn’t matter. It’s about slowly making space for yourself again.

If you’re in that place right now, you’re not behind. You’re just doing it your way.

The space between Christmas and the New Year doesn’t need to be productive.

It’s okay if things feel slow, quiet, or a bit in-between.

You don’t have to have plans, goals, or clarity yet.

This is a time to rest where you can, breathe a little deeper and ease yourself out of the year rather than rush into the next one.

However these days look for you…busy, calm, messy, or peaceful, let them be enough.

Christmas has a way of reminding us how much can change in a year…

Things don’t always look how we imagined, but that doesn’t mean they can’t still be meaningful.

This year has been about adapting, showing up in new ways and learning to make the most of what’s in front of me.

Getting dressed up, showing up and choosing to enjoy the moment feels like its own small win.

Christmas can bring a lot with it and it’s okay to take this day at your own pace.

There are times where feeling okay feels impossible especially around Christmas, when everything is meant to feel warm and settled.

If this time of year brings memories, grief, change, or moments you didn’t plan for, you’re not failing.

Healing doesn’t disappear just because it’s the festive season and it doesn’t need to look a certain way.

Wherever you are today, let it be enough.

Your mind has carried you this far…gently, slowly, in its own time and that still matters ❤️✨
