This is something I have to come back to sometimes 🤍

It can be so easy to look around and feel like everyone else is moving faster, doing more, or somehow ahead.

But the truth is, healing and growth don’t follow a straight timeline.

You can feel grounded and clear but other days can feel like you’re still figuring it all out and that’s all part of the process.

Learn to trust your own pace instead of comparing it to someone else’s 🫶🏻🌱✨

March has been a bit of a reality check.

I kept pushing through the gym, work, staying busy and telling myself I was ‘fine’ but…

Ended up ill anyway 🫠🤒

It’s easy to ignore the signs when you’re used to just getting on with things, but this was a reminder that your body will slow you down if you don’t do it yourself.

Mindfulness isn’t always about being calm or having everything balanced. Sometimes it’s just noticing when you’re doing too much and actually taking a step back. 🌱

Slower end to the month than I planned, but probably needed!

Reflection gives us the space to understand our experiences, our choices and what really matters to us 💫

With that understanding often comes clarity…a clearer sense of direction, boundaries and what feels right.

From there, confidence grows naturally. Not because everything is certain, but because you trust yourself a little more with each step!

Sometimes the best moments are the ones where you lose track of time 🕰️✨

Being outside can be the easiest way to slow down. Fresh air, a bit of quiet and suddenly everything feels a little lighter! 🌳🌤️

A reminder that mindfulness doesn’t have to be complicated, sometimes it’s just pausing, looking around, 👀 noticing the little things…the light through the trees, the sound of the wind, or just taking a deep breath 😌

No pressure, no rushing… just being where you are!

My 20s taught me a lot and now 30 feels like the real chapter begins!

Turning 30 has made me pause and really see how far I’ve come.

Training as a therapist has made me notice growth in a different way.

It’s not always obvious day to day, but it shows up in the small ways we show up for ourselves and others.

If you’re navigating change or reflecting on life, it’s okay to feel unsure.

Notice the little wins, take it one step at a time and trust the process 🤍✨

Happy 1st March 🌷✨

It’s been a quiet few weeks, busy, reflective and celebrating turning 30!

Stepping into March feels like the beginning of a new chapter.

This time last year, I was in a very different place and I’m proud of the growth that’s happened since.

Growth isn’t always loud or visible, but it changes how you see yourself and how you move through the world.

Mindfulness isn’t about emptying your mind or trying to feel a certain way…

It’s about just noticing what’s there and allowing it to exist without pushing it away.

When you stop fighting your thoughts and feelings, they often soften on their own.

Over time this creates space for understanding, self-compassion and real change.

Healing doesn’t come from avoidance, it comes from learning how to stay present with yourself 💚✨

For a lot of people today feels like the real start of the year.

Back to work, back to routines, back to everyday life.

If that feels a bit overwhelming, you’re not behind and you don’t need to go full speed straight away.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to suddenly feel motivated.

Take it one step at a time. Do what you can, pause when you need to, and let the rest come later.

Lonely moments show up sometimes.

Sometimes the most mindful thing you can do is let the feeling pass without fighting it.

Heading into the new year moving my body because it feels good, not just because I “should.”

For the first time, this year isn’t about resolutions. It’s about continuing what already supports me but that change definitely didn’t happen overnight!

If you’re setting goals, that’s great. If you’re not there yet, that’s okay too. There’s no right way to begin a new year. Progress doesn’t have to be loud, dramatic, or all or nothing.

Sometimes it’s just choosing what supports you a little more than before. Wherever you’re starting from, let it be gentle.

Small, consistent choices matter more than pressure ever will! 🤍✨
