A 20 minute pre-event Massage for , before taking on the run, made a big difference to her performance.
π£οΈ"It's the first time I've managed to enjoy the second half of a race and I felt really good at 10 miles.
πͺPre event massage is all about preparing your body for activity to give yourself the best chance of performing well. It will loosen muscles, improve blood flow and increase flexibility.
This can be targeted to specific areas of the body.
Pre-Event massage will benefit performance anywhere from up to 2 days before.
