Building Bonds

Building Bonds Building Bonds offers group and individual sessions for caregivers of children from pre-birth to teens. We work to facilitate secure attachments.

A caregiver is defined as the person primarily responsible for looking after a baby or child. Historically in early years this has been the mother, but can apply to the father, grandparents or other significantly present adult caring for a child. In our group sessions we play with our babies and children to help foster strong loving bonds which have been shown to enhance many aspects of a persons life. These include promoting a healthy immune system, increases in positive mental health, increased scores in education and better job prospects., and a happier life with greater resilience to the hard knocks it can bring.
