I've worked as a Beauty & Holistic Therapist for over 25yrs. Seeking an additional way to encourage self care and mindfulness amongst my friends & clients I trained as a Sound Healing Therapist in early 2023. Sound Healing (or Sound/Gong baths as its sometimes known) has many benefits. A regular commitment in this practice can lead you to experience;-

A gentle and soothing time to bond with your little one with guided Baby massage and a soothing Sound Healing relaxation. Time also to meet new friends.

An opportunity to stop the noise in your head. To allow your body to fully and deeply relax. To concentrate on the inhalation and ex of your breathe. To let your full body melt into the floor, softened by yr pillows and cushioning supporting your body.

It's always a beautiful sight to see a room full of women allowing themselves to be still & rest. I hope you all felt the benefit.
