I've worked as a Beauty & Holistic Therapist for over 25yrs. Seeking an additional way to encourage self care and mindfulness amongst my friends & clients I trained as a Sound Healing Therapist in early 2023. Sound Healing (or Sound/Gong baths as its sometimes known) has many benefits. A regular commitment in this practice can lead you to experience;-
