We find that in our life there are 4 components we tackle to prevent disease…. Being, mind, body & surroundings. A healthy being, a healthy mind, a healthy body and healthy surrounding, along with a healthy coordination between being and mind, between mind and body, and between body and surroundings will constitute the perfect health of an individual. Therefore, in order to determine the nature of good health we must consider:1. Being2. Mind3. Body4. Surroundings 5. Coordination of being and mind 6. Coordination of mind and body 7. Coordination of body and surroundings Unless all these 7 points are taken into account, the consideration of health will always remain incomplete and cannot provide a complete solution to the problem.

Banana bread.

This bread is a special treat at our home, no added sugar just the natural sweetness of the banana.

For more protein replace the oat flour with Almond flour, the oat flour gives more of a gooey texture & is a naughty alternative 😋Enjoy and please let me know how you got on with making it!👩‍🍳

550g Overripe bananas 200g Oat flour 1tsp baking powder 1tsp cinnamon powder1 pinch nutmeg 1tsp ginger powder 120g chopped walnuts Pinch sea salt 3 pasture raised eggs Milk of choice if needed 100g Dried fruit if desired.

Take over ripe bananas 🍌 and mush down slightly with fork.2. Add spices, flour, walnuts, eggs and baking powder.3. Mix with whisk or machine until batter consistency, add some milk of choice if required. 4. Pour into lined mould 5. Pre heat oven at 200c and bake for 50 minutes until top is golden brown. 6. Let rest before indulging !
