I’m still taking in this moment… graduating as a Health Coach Practitioner šŸ¤

This wasn’t just about passing exams, it’s been a journey of understanding how to actually create change that lasts. Learning how to support people in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with real life (not perfection).

And now I get to do exactly that.

A little hello from St James’s Park… and the most magnificent pink pelican.

I realised it’s been a few quiet weeks here.

I’ve recently started a new position, so I’m currently finding my feet and settling into a new rhythm.

What I’m really conscious of, though, is keeping the small things in place that support my energy.

Getting up a little earlier.
My green drink.
Some movement.
Taking my full hour for lunch and getting outside for a walk.
Bed at regular times.

Life doesn’t always slow down, but we can support our bodies while we move through busy seasons.

Those small habits make a bigger difference than people realise.

And I’m still carving out time to support women who are building a lot, carrying a lot, and want to do it in a way that feels accountable and sustainable.

Monday morning’s are getting brighter.

Your body runs on a biological clock, a circadian rhythm that responds to light, rest, and routine.
When you wake with natural light and gentle movement, your brain and nervous system receive a signal: it’s a new start.

Some weeks you’ll feel ahead.
Clear. Energised. Focused.

Some weeks you won’t.

And that’s okay.

Life isn’t a straight line, it’s a rhythm. Energy rises and falls. Seasons shift.

It’s a long game. But it flys by.

Be present with where you are today.
Offer yourself grace.
Stay grateful for what’s working.

You are unique.
Your path doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

Walking it in your own way is just right šŸ¤

DHA and EPA are the forms of omega-3 your body can use straight away.

They help:
• calm inflammation
• support your brain and nervous
system
• support hormone balance
• protect heart health
• help your body cope better with
stress

Omega-3 (ALA) is used by the body, but it only converts a small amount into DHA and EPA. That conversion process also relies on other nutrients being available.

This is why balance is so important.
And why nutrition works best when we look at the whole picture, not single foods šŸ¤

your movement (or lack of it šŸ˜…),
nutrition, habits, goals, mindset, life stuff.

It’s about getting you back.
Feeling clearer.
Stronger.
More like yourself again.
