Those of you that are already my lovely clients know that I put everything into providing the best treatments ✨ but not so much into marketing, and can be a little camera shy about getting myself out there!
After discovering the amazing benefits of reflexology for myself, I wanted to share this lovely treatment. So I re-trained and qualified in 2018 and now offer Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki. I specialise in women’s health including maternity and menopause and also offer baby reflexology and massage classes and starting solids workshops Serenity Babies with Helen. My story

I am a mum of two young children and a firm believer in the importance of physical and emotional well-being in our busy and sometimes stressful lives. I am passionate about the benefits of Reflexology and I genuinely wish to improve the well-being of my clients and hope to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after every treatment.

My career background is in engineering, design and sales and it wasn’t until I suffered from stress myself that I discovered the wonderful benefits of Reflexology. Although skeptical to begin with it wasn’t long before I was amazed by the many benefits of this beautifully relaxing treatment and decided that I wanted to learn more.

I began studying Reflexology at Aylesbury College and have not looked back!
