This Sunday 11th of January at 11am will see the first in a series of crystal meditation workshops
This first workshop will be working with black obsidian
Unlike the others black obsidian doesn't need to have a great age to it as it's not really a rock or a crystal but a type of volcanic glass
Come and explore all the properties of this wonderful mineraloid
Strengthening connection to Earth and also our deep hidden truths
You will need to bring your own piece of obsidian (it should be small enough to hold in your hand)
A note pad or journal and pen
Wear warm comfortable clothing and bring a blanket if you wish ❤️

A full moon circle will be held on Friday 2nd January
This will be a time to reflect on the year past sharing the lessons we received and carry forward
A time to let go of those thoughts feelings behaviours that don't serve your highest self
As we prepare for the arrival of the fire horse in February
A lot is said about stealing culture and as we know this is the Chinese new year! But is it stolen? Or is it shared and learned by a world that is becoming less divided?
Sharing and learning from each other is surely what it's all about ❤️
Let's bring less division and more celebration and acceptance of each other into 2026

What a wonderful group of strong women 🤩 this has been the year of the snake and just like the snake we have all shed many skins over this last 12 months, a closure of a nine year cycle loose ends tied and woven in
Ready for the year of the firehorse now a new beggining taking all we have learned with us moulding it and shaping it into the life we want to see
Paulo Coelho (the alchemist) told us that "when our hearts truly desire something everything in the universe conspires to help us achieve it" and this is true but we must also take action! Very rarely will it just fall in your lap
Make a conscious plan use pictures or words as prompts to keep you on track
