“I found this training camp so incredibly inspirational, it has helped re -ignite a passion for cycling /running and a self belief that l can and will overcome my fears to allow me to swim in the future.

Darren and Ed were supportive to everyone in the group, they observed and adapted the course to the people in the team to accommodate abilities and in some cases by request after discussion showing flexibility and insight.

The skill shared in training was evident and their dedication to each individual members personal goals was palpable. I observed team members grow and feel proud of their achievements through the changes suggested to them by the coaches. It was wonderful to watch and I think the photographs highlight their sense of joy at achieving their goals.
Personally, being alongside such incredible athletes was something I will remember for the rest of my life and the hike up the volcano was the icing on the cake, purely magical.”

Super excited to deliver a triathlon training camp with Smart Performance Coaching

We will be joined by 12 athletes at Sands Beach Hotel in Lanzarote in a months time.

Great bike routes organised, including a trail run to view the dawn from the top of a local volcano, and swim analysis with Swim Smooth coach

A new venture for the two of us and hope it will become a regular fixture.

Wow what a year ☺️, my massage business keeps going from strength to strength, I would like to say a very big thank you to all my wonderful clients, new and old who have made this possible. This is a job I absolutely love doing, whether it be treating more complex problems or general maintenance massages 🙌

I'm looking forward to 2025 where I'll be learning new skills which will help clients with pain management. Watch this space 😁
