Can I kindly ask for 48hrs notice of cancellations please.
Whilst I understand things happen that are unavoidable, I am a small business with limited appointment times, therefore, to make it fair on my lovely clients and myself I am going to reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled with less than 48hours notice.
