Back-to-school myth alert❗️
Have you s seen the posts about kids needing a “posture check” before heading back to school. 🙄
❌ Truth is — there’s no single “perfect posture” that prevents pain.
✅ What kids really need is:
Variety of movement (sitting, running, climbing, slouching, stretching)
Play and activity!
Rest and recovery!
Bodies grow strong through doing, not from being told to sit “perfectly.”
✨ Let’s stop policing posture and start encouraging movement.
TBH this all applies to adults too!
