Aromatherapy - The therapeutic use of oils to help deal with everyday stress and emotional well-being. Aromatherapy may be used to help improve overall emotional and spiritual health imbuing the user with a sense of relaxation and calmness. A blend is tailor-made to the individual and normally used in combination with massage. Reflexology - Based on the belief that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all organs and parts of the body. Points in the face are worked on during a facial reflexology session. Movements and pressure point work is applied with the thumbs and fingers. Reflexology can be a wonderfully relaxing experience where you can take time out from everyday pressures. The treatment will help you relax which can improve mood, aid sleep and relieve tension. Holistic Massage - Gentle techniques and deep tissue strokes are used for releasing tight muscles. Indian Head Massage - A simple, yet effective therapy that potentially may provide relief from aches and pains and may help relieve the build up of tension in the shoulders, neck and head. Reiki - Japanese meaning "universal energy", a term used to describe a natural system to help bring about an improved sense of well-being and a positive feeling of spiritual renewal. It is a tradition that is open to any belief system and benefits may include deep relaxation and the promotion of a calm and peace. The recipient remains clothed and the practitioner places their hands on or near the body using their intuition and training as a guide.
