We are based in Lancashire and travel all over the UK. We carry out all aspects of minor civils and fencing - Industrial, Schools, Domestic, Security etc

Fence & Drain Ltd has the requisite skills and infrastructure to deal with wide range of key services including Land Reclamation, Land leveling, Fencing and Drainage. We have the skills and experience to offer all types of fencing for all sectors from Sporting to Agricultural, Construction to Schools. The company has a long association with agriculture and horses, and is particularly experienced in fencing and drainage systems in these areas. The Company Directors have a vast experience of field drainage, river course diversion, as well as fencing. However it is in fencing that their expertise has grown, having completed operations at no less than six premier football league clubs where they have erected security sports fencing to the highest standard
The company has continued to grow over the last few years, in spite of the recession and we added to our product and service offering. A recent addition is a new safety, non-climb fencing for schools and play areas. "If it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for the client." Very experienced in security and anti-terrorist fencing to protect public services and utilities – carried out work for United Utilities, Network Rail and BNFL
Company infrastructure can cater for all fencing jobs, Post & Rail, Stock Fencing, Electric Fencing, Horse Netting, Deer Netting, Badger and Rabbit proof Netting, Featheredge Boarding, Chestnut Fencing, Motorway Sonic Boarding, Concrete Panelling; the list is endless. Continual testing, ensures that site operators, conform with current Certificated Health & Safety Regulations. Whether it’s for general security, boundary demarcation or managing livestock we can install the best and most cost effective fencing systems available. Stock fencing installed for a returning customer who opted for creosoted posts alongside telegraph poles as strainers, ensuring a more durable and weather-resistant finish.

January is flying by, and we’ve hit the ground running with plenty of jobs already underway! Over the Christmas break, we took some time to work on improving things around our yard.

This project involved finishing our acoustic fencing. The metal posts and concrete panels were installed at an earlier date, and this time we added the rails and panels to complete it. It’s been a real team effort, with Nigel, Ashley & Mark starting the work and then Nigel & Charles finishing it. The new fence has made the area look much tidier, and we’re really pleased with how it turned out!

The team has officially wrapped up for the holidays, and we want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to our amazing staff for their hard work this year — and to our fantastic customers for their continued support. 🙌

Building for the badgers 🦡🌳
This badger fencing project was a family effort-completed in under a week by Nigel, Mark, and Chloe. Pictures one and two show parts of the site with the work nearly finished, while picture three highlights the final result. A small step towards preserving wildlife and their habitats. 🌿💚
