If you do t have to wear them, my advice is ..... don't!

"Crocs can be bad for your feet due to a lack of arch and heel support, which can lead to problems like arch pain, heel pain, and even tendonitis, especially when worn for extended periods.

Their loose and unstable fit also increases the risk of tripping and falling, while the plastic material can lead to sweaty feet and potential fungal or bacterial issues.

They are also not recommended for high-impact activities or rough terrain. "

Lack of support
No arch support: Crocs lack the necessary arch support, which can strain ligaments and potentially cause arch pain or exacerbate flat feet.
No heel support: The open-heeled design or minimal strap does not provide heel support, which can lead to heel pain and tendonitis.

Risk of injury and instability
Tripping hazard: The loose, wide fit increases the risk of trips and falls, especially for children, the elderly, or when walking quickly.
Toe gripping: To keep the shoes on, wearers may curl their toes, which can lead to issues like toe pain, nail problems, and tendinitis.
Puncture risk: The holes are a ventilation feature but can also allow sharp objects to pass through and injure the foot.
Slippery when wet: The material can become extremely slippery when wet, increasing fall risk on surfaces like wet tiles or pool decks.

Other issues
Sweaty feet: The plastic construction can trap moisture, creating a breeding ground for bacteria and fungi that may lead to infections like athlete's foot.

Another great product, Flexitol US dry skin cream with 10% urea. I've been using it today and pleased with the results. Easy to use pump for clinic settings, went on smoothly, skin appeared hydrated after only one use, ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ because I wasn't crazy about the smell and left a film on skin after application, client felt "slippy". But does what it says on the bottle and skin looked instantly improved.
