Happy Saturday! How’s your weekend looking? After a busy week I am so excited to spend a Saturday in my PJs with my jigsaw! Time on my own is a massive part of my self care. How do you recharge your battery? I hope you find time and space for you need this weekend.

I work with relationships and friendships a great deal. This article from Greybearlit.com resonates with me. It blows my mind that at 21 my son has this level of emotional maturity around this stuff. It is a great reminder to me to listen to the young folk in our life. At 48 I’m always learning 🥰
