This is the winback radio frequency machine with many possibilities to be adapted to patient needs and preferences. This is just ONE of the many ways the treatment can be used💥

This treatment is the deepest form of relief by using a current travelling through the tissue and joints between the conductor (in my hand) and the return plate (underneath the patient).

My last clients of 2024🎄This video shows a piriformis stretch to attempt to relax the muscle and relieve the patient of their lower back pain. (Recent research has shown that one of the leading causes for lower back pain is caused by a tight piriformis muscle.)

My first adventure!👩🏼‍🚒🚒

Recently I have been working with Lichfield Fire Station to provide sports massage to those on duty.

It’s been a pleasure to be able to offer these services to the men and women of this station, to help maintain wellbeing and to aid aches and pains from day to day jobs/training in the gym!
