Meet Kelsey Taylor – Experienced Yoga Teacher & Well-being Coach
Registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK | BA(Hons) Business Administration | Mental Health Awareness Level 2
Kelsey Taylor has been teaching yoga since 2013, with a deep-rooted passion for making the practice inclusive, nurturing, and supportive of every stage of life. Her journey began with Hatha and Vinyasa, but quickly evolved as she recognised that each person who steps onto the mat has their own unique needs and reasons for being there.
To support her students more holistically, Kelsey has undertaken extensive specialist training with Yoga Alliance Professionals, including:
🧘‍♀️ Pregnancy, Post-natal & Fertility Yoga (Sally Parkes)
🧘‍♀️ Menopause Yoga (Petra Coveney)
🧘 Yin Yoga CPD (Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark)
Drawn to slower, more introspective practices since 2018, Kelsey now weaves Yin Yoga and stillness-based techniques into her teaching—believing that rest and reflection are just as powerful as movement for long-term health.
Kelsey is also passionate about family well-being, having trained in Children’s Yoga (Yogamoo, GroupXTraining) and completed a Special Yoga course for children with ADHD and Autism.
Her teaching experience spans studios, schools, and communities in both the UK and Norway. Whether teaching adults, children, or families, Kelsey’s mission is to make yoga accessible, adaptable, and meaningful for all.
🌱 A lifelong learner, Kelsey continues to study and grow—constantly bringing fresh insight into her sessions, blending ancient wisdom with modern science.
Kelsey joins us everything Thursday and Friday evening.

If you don’t follow my sister account you might not be aware that this week I will start to release some conversations with other remarkable yoga teachers who are also authors, business coaches, mentors, nutritionists, rest advocates and speakers.

I am thrilled to be hosting several conversations aimed at provoking yoga teachers to think about the way in which they are teaching.
Women are cyclical in their nature and they should practice to honour their ebbs and flows rather than practising in the same manner every day.

The sign up is in my bio 👆👆👆👆👆

But make sure you are following to get the full details as they unroll.

The series will unravel over the course of 28 days.

It’s been a while since I’ve been a participant in a class but since reducing the number of classes I’ve been teaching I have felt some changes in my body so I’ve decided to move more.

Today I’ve been guided by the lovely for a gorgeous heart themed yoga practice and made to sweat in a cardio and then Pilates class with the amazing Jo .fitness.
I also did two of Jo’s classes yesterday so hopefully I won’t feel too sore tomorrow 😉

Are you a woman in her midlife?

Join me for my next Midlife Monthly

Each month’s gathering blends yoga, lifestyle advice and social interaction to provide you with a place to feel at home.

Each yoga sequence is designed to help you navigate and support yourself and the symptoms you might encounter during midlife.

We offer lifestyle advice to help you approach everyday with a positive mindset
and
It’s an opportunity to meet other women that are experiencing exactly what you are so you don’t have to go through midlife alone thinking it’s just you.

We gather once a month .fitness

The next time we meet is Friday 15th of March 19:00-21:30 and we will be Unleashing the Power of Colour
I’ll be guiding you through a Chakra yoga practice to awaken the coloured energy wheels in the body that support overall health and longevity and I’m excited that I’m joined by a Personal Stylist and Colour Consultant who will be offering advice on how to find out what colours are best suited to your skin colour and how to dress for confidence.

Feel free to attend alone you’ll be welcomed or bring a friend for support 😍
