Mother’s Day is a celebration of the incredible people who nurture, guide, and love so deeply. As childcare practitioners, we are privileged to play a small part in your child’s world each day — but we know that none of what we do would be possible without the trust you place in us.

Thank you for allowing us to share in those little moments: wiping the tears, giving the cuddles, cleaning the runny noses, cheering the small victories, and helping your children grow in confidence and curiosity. Caring for children is more than a job — it’s about love, patience, and connection, something every mother understands so well.

Join Our Growing Team at Giggle n Grow

Due to continued growth at Giggle n Grow, we are delighted to invite applications from enthusiastic and experienced Early Years professionals to join our expanding team.

We are seeking a dedicated individual who holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) and has a minimum of one year’s experience working within an Early Years setting. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children’s development and committed to delivering high-quality care and education.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to progress in their career. We are proud to support professional development and can offer the opportunity to work towards a Level 5 apprenticeship, with clear pathways for career progression within the childcare sector.

Giggle n Grow opened its doors in September 2025 and has experienced continuous growth. We are building a strong, supportive team and are looking for a committed professional who shares our vision and has the drive to grow alongside our setting.
