We’re feeling incredibly grateful today 💙

A huge thank you to the wonderful family who surprised our team with such thoughtful gifts and this heartfelt card. Your kind words mean so much to us.

At very short notice, our carers stepped in to support a client receiving palliative care, and we’re so proud of the compassion, dedication, and professionalism they showed during such an important time. Providing comfort, dignity, and continuity of care is at the heart of everything we do.

Hearing that our support made a difference—and that each carer was “outstanding”—is truly special. Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

To our amazing team: thank you for going above and beyond, always. And to the family: we’re honoured to have supported you during such a sensitive time.

What has Honeycomb care been up to this week? 👀

Manager Chloe took a trip out to visit one of our long-standing clients in the Grantham area. We had a lovely catch up about his team, and plans moving forward.

We also had a really exciting discussion about how we are going to support him with his trip to Amsterdam🇳🇱, where two of our carers will be travelling with him to provide support and ensure he can enjoy the experience with confidence.

Moments like this show what person-centred care is all about — supporting independence, building strong relationships, and helping people live the life they choose 💙
