As Women we often over give from our heart centres. Our posture sometimes stoops to protect our hearts.

We are the natural nurturers. Society has us believe this should be to our own detriment. We are here to support you in your knowing that this is not the case.

We will be Purusha Retreats with Atmashant Kaur and Kerry Ann

Where we will gently open our heart centres to allow love to flow inwards, in order for us to let love flow from us.

We are back at Purusha for WomanKind Thursday 18th September from 6pm.

This event will focus on the Anahata - the Heart Chakra.

As we approach the autumnal equinox we will gather to celebrate the dualities of the heart centre.

Feminine ritual, breathwork, bodywork and celebration will be woven through the evening.

These 90-minute Ritual Healings include gentle breathing techniques, four-handed massage with Kerry and Atma, personalised numerology, seasonal refreshments and a sense of togetherness

Receiving a four-handed massage can help the body and mind step into the unknown, often leading to deep stillness and opening to deeper bodywork.
