Yesterday we were exhibiting at a business expo at the Hilton in Lincoln. I delivered a 20 min workshop on how you can use your hands to save a life. I talked all about choking and how you can be the difference. We had great fun and all enjoyed a bit of spooning.

A stuffy hot day in an industrial unit teaching first aid.

Being able to teach on site has so many benefits to the customer. I get to check their health and safety and see what they have in place and what real risks there could be and incorporate them into the training.
