What do you like about the service you receive?
The service I receive is highly professional but also warm and friendly. The carers will happily do any task as requested and make suggestions which they think will help me to recover more quickly and comfortably. All those I have meet have pleasant personalities, sense of humour, it is always a pleasure to see each of them.
I think that the care service is the best I can receive they are caring, happy, smiley and I am happy with the service they give.
Care workers polite and chat to Neil and myself, makes sure beds made and rooms left tidy.
The carers always have a smile and usually have a kind word to my (dog)
Good company
All the carers have time to talk to you and be cheerful. They are also very professional, and they do make you feel safe.
Carers have a polite, pleasant manner and are efficient in what they do. Whenever I contact Mary and Felix with cancelled dates or changes in medication these are taken on board promptly and efficiently.
What do you think needs to be improved?
