Once you agree, you can start browsing rewards straight away. Those with existing Stream accounts will be taken straight through to their account and can start browsing straight away.

Team OD are hosting brand new Appraisal walk through to support you with the new paperwork.

The session will:
1. Introduce the changes
2. Help define expectations for reflecting on the previous years achievements
3. Build meaningful and well rounded objectives
4. Agree a Personal Development Plan
5. Agree an overall Appraisal score

To book onto one of our live courses, self register on ESR and search for ‘Appraisal’. Sessions are either face to face or via MS Teams.

We also have a fantastic new stand alone eLearning available for those who cant make the live sessions. This is held independently on the intranet page and can be accessed at any time.
