National Quarterly Pulse Survey (Q4)- OPEN 7th January - 31st January 2026

The quarterly survey runs alongside the annual NHS Staff Survey to give staff a regular opportunity to provide feedback to their organisation (LCHS and ULTH).

To complete the Q4 NQPS for 2025:

🎉 19th December: NSS 2025 – Final Responses 🎉

The survey closed on 28 November, and here’s what we know so far:
✅ 12,391 staff were eligible for this year’s survey
✅ We heard from 6,528 colleagues across LCHG – that’s 1,723 more voices than last year!

📊 LCHG Final Engagement Rates:
▪️LCHS: 68% (up from 55% in 2024)
▪️ULTH: 49% (up from 36% in 2024)
📈 Overall increase: +13% across both areas!

Every response helps shape the future of LCHG, and we couldn’t do it without you.
