Appraisal season closes 31st July! - Have you has yours?

We are firmly amid appraisal season and time has come to get it completed. Remember, the templates are there to help you host the conversation, but it is entirely up to you how the conversation flows. Focus on the things that are important to you in your role, in your career and towards your overall development.



You have until the 31st July to complete the appraisal and have it logged on ESR. Remember to set clear objectives that matter to you and your work. By confirming your focus over the coming year, you will not only support your own local goals, but you are also enabling the wider LCHGs aim of caring and building a healthier future for all.



Once you have set your objectives, set a reminder in your diary regular 1:1s to monitor progress and agree any changes to objectives or support needed.

The issues with E-Learning Packages starting 357 have now been resolved.
