Important Update: ESR Learning Status Changes

We are currently implementing background updates in ESR to improve core learning reporting. As a result, some colleagues may notice that certain learning modules temporarily change status from green (compliant) to red (non-compliant).

The following modules may be affected:

Conflict Resolution
Equality, Diversity and Human Rights
Health and Safety

If you are already compliant with these modules, your status will be automatically corrected by the end of the week—no action is required.
