There was a time when I felt completely lost. I was overweight, unhappy, and had no vision for my future. I relied on others for my happiness, and deep down, I didn’t feel strong, physically or mentally. I was unfit, unhealthy, and stuck in a cycle I couldn’t break.

Then I discovered strength training and everything changed.

It started as a way to improve my physical health, but what I didn’t expect was how much it would shift the way I saw myself. With every lift, I built resilience. With every small win, I rebuilt my confidence. I stopped waiting for others to validate me, I learned to validate myself.

I went on to compete in an elite wellness competition, a powerful milestone, not just for my body, but for the belief I gained in myself.

Now, my passion is helping others do the same, not to compete, but to feel stronger mentally, to rebuild their self-worth, to find clarity and to feel empowered from the inside out.

I am no longer the person who depended on others for happiness.
I am powerful. I am strong.

I can help you to rebuild your health, mindset, and sense of self, especially after burnout, grief, or trauma.

With a background in end-of-life care and domestic abuse advocacy, I understand how overwhelming life can become. My work as a wellness coach is rooted in compassion, resilience, and a holistic approach to healing, supporting transformation through intentional movement, mindset shifts, and meaningful lifestyle change.

This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level goals.
It’s about coming home to yourself, feeling grounded, whole, and truly well.
