Our first beach yoga of the season!!
Maybe not as sunny as anticipated but there was definitely a bright sunny energy from you all! Great to welcome everyone back into the space - it never fails to ground and uplift! 🏝️

Thank you for being part of it this morning. Huge welcome to new Steel & Soul yogis Deborah,
Matthew, Issy and Sarah. And sending vitality & resilience to Deborah and Matthew on their upcoming Half marathon & marathon 🏃🏻💪🏼
