The statutory price for GRO Certificates/PDF/Digital Images has been raised. This applies to certificates from local councils as well. £12.50 = Certificate, £8 = PDF, £3 = Digital Image, £38.50 = Priority Service.

Just finished reading this... The biography of actor Patrick Troughton written by his son. So much more than just the 2nd Doctor Who and such an interesting and unfortunately, tortured life he led. Well worth a read. As a family historian, I cannot get enough of people's lives and there is so much more to folk than just birth, death and census returns. 🌿📖

Over the week I've been researching where past Sheffield United players have been buried on behalf of a client. I've found three at the minute but it's ongoing. I'm using a mixture of newspaper articles, census returns and other family members burial records (and a little detective work too!) ❤️⚽
