Happy New Year ✨

I always start my year with a theme (or two) - something to steer my ship through the year ahead.

This year I’ve chosen Balance and Community.

In terms of Community, I have a treasured group of friends who embrace the spiritual side of me and let me share unapologetically about the crazy and awe inspiring goings on in the spirit world (!) but have felt like a bit of an island at times when it comes to having a wider community of like minded, open minded folk who love to chat about all things “woo”!

Spiritual exploration/awakening is a path and a journey that shouldn’t always be travelled alone!

Whether it’s manifesting, witchcraft, jumping timelines, astral travel, energy work or anything inbetween - I felt like I wanted to create a safe container for it all to be explored within and where experiences can be shared, no matter where you are on your path!

People often ask me what the difference is between a Psychic, a Medium, and a Channel - and which category I fall into, so here’s my take:

✨ A Psychic – Picks up on your energy and can read into past, present, or possible futures.
✨ A Medium – Acts as a bridge to the spirit world, bringing through loved ones who’ve passed.
✨ A Channel – Opens to higher beings (spirit guides, angels, teachers) and allows their wisdom to flow through.

For me, channelling is home. It’s my favourite space - where your guides speak directly, and I act as the messenger and translator. The energy here is always light, positive and kind and oh so wise!

I can do mediumship when it’s needed (sometimes a loved one will interrupt a conversation with your guides to add an important message!) though it isn’t my natural wheelhouse. And while I’m sensitive to the energy of others, I don’t “read” people in my sessions. My gift is in creating a safe space where your guides can share exactly what you need in the moment. 💫

Our spirit guides blow me away just as much as they do you! Their profound knowledge of the ins and outs of our daily lives, our hopes and dreams is something I never take for granted.

Little reminder that they don’t interfere/lend a hand in your life unless you ask for extra assistance because they respect your free will. So make sure you do ask!

Red Kites always appear when I’m too bogged down and stressing in the details or getting lost in conversations in my head - you know, the ones where you play out an imaginary scenarios and test out all the outcomes!

Their distinctive call makes me look up at the sky, forces me into the present moment out of my head and brings instant perspective - a clear prompt to zoom out and get a Birds Eye view.

They show up every time I need that cue without fail. I know them to be one of the many ways my guides communicate with me when I’m in “off” mode (I.e. not open and channeling).

I’d love to know if there is an animal that shows up for you repetitively or another sign or symbol that keeps appearing? Spirit works in mysterious ways but also in mundane ones!
