✨ Neurodiversity Celebration Week ✨
This week, we celebrate the beauty of different minds! Neurodiversity reminds us that every brain is wonderfully unique.At Wonder and Awe, I create safe spaces where children (and parents) can embrace who they are, build confidence, and find tools that help them feel calm, focused, and self assured.
Here’s a simple grounding practice to help calm our mind
✨ 5-4-3-2-1 Mindfulness ✨
Wherever you are, take a deep breath and notice:
👀 5 things you can see
👂 4 things you can hear
🤲 3 things you can touch
👃 2 things you can smell
❤️ 1 thing you love about yourself
This practice helps bring us back to the present moment, easing any overwhelm and inviting calm.

🌟 Why do we say affirmations? 🌟
Our words shape our thoughts, and our thoughts shape how we feel. Affirmations help reshape our brains to believe in our worth and strength. For neurodivergent minds, they’re a daily reminder that they belong, they are brilliant, and they are enough just as they are.
