With so many new people joining our page recently, I wanted to take a moment to properly reintroduce ourselves 🖤
I’m Rebecca, and if you’ve messaged our page before then chances are I’m the person you’ve spoken with. The one behind the messages, the late-night replies, the emotional conversations and guidance. From helping choose pieces to arranging collection kits and answering questions, I’m usually the person you’ll speak with throughout the process.
Outside of Ash, I work within family support, youth drop in centre and have recently stepped into a new role as a Project Lead.
Alongside this, I’m currently completing my Level 3 counselling training and I volunteer for R**e Crisis.
Myself and Kirk have been together for nearly 12 years now 😱 and together we have 3 children, alongside Kirk’s eldest son who, in 2 days time, will be 18 ! (which honestly shocks most people when they meet Kirk 😂).
Kirk is the face many families meet in person. Whether it’s delivering or collecting kits, carrying out home visits, helping with ring sizing or personally returning finished pieces home, he handles every part of the process with genuine care and respect.
He has over 10 years experience within courier work and because of how personal and irreplaceable these pieces are, we made the decision very early on (before day1) that unless an order is travelling overseas, we would personally handle everything ourselves.
As far as we know, we are the only memorial jewellery service across North and South Ireland offering this level of personal service.
If you ever have any questions, want to chat through options or simply don’t know where to start, please never hesitate to message us 🤍
