Sooo....I have been spending much of my day sourcing amazing things to create the healing space at Eclipse Therapies....but have also managed to set up a booking system and opened some slots from the 2nd March at a 20% discount for the first three months....there is only one option to book to make things easy and then we can decide on the day what would be best for your specific needs.

The external is often a projection of your internal world....so why not examine the internal to inform your external reality....it's part of the journey in yoga 💞

A gentle reminder 😊💞. Not sure how everyone is feeling on this winter solstice but we are definitely being asked to release and reset!

For me when a feeling is stuck I feel 'flat' or cold as my hubby told me yesterday! But then when they move through a sense of aliveness and calm comes through 💞

If may not always be 'nice' to let the feelings pass...but remembering they are just energy in motion and will pass always helps them move and allows me to feel safe to feel them no matter what they are 💞😊

Whatever this time has brought for you I hope you have a beautiful and restful Christmas time 💞😊

Had a very beautiful session today with some lovely people....lots of heart opening and twisting through the spine which helps to awaken the kundalini energy within the body...the flow of energy through the spine and into the toridal flow of the human.

I forgot how awesome yoga was...and its a journey....sometimes we get caught up in 'I want to be able to' or 'why cant I'....and we forget that the body has its own time scale and will open when its ready and wow did my heart open today....lots of clearing of stagnant energy and a reminder to always 'feel' into the postures and how we are feeling :) Beautiful blessings to all who came today and all who will attend in the future :) 🥰
