Mc Crystal's Parcel Motel, is a service of Mc Crystal Delivery Ltd. Mc Crystal Delivery Ltd is a trading company of Northern Ireland. In These terms we, our and us refer to any trading under Mc Crystal Delivery Ltd or Mc Crystal Parcel Motel.
{ Parcel Terms }
Container, Packet, Carton, Bag or Box Containing Merchandise purchased by yourself and accepted by ourselves on delivery to store until collection.
{ Liability and Limitations }
We will carry out our duties with reasonable care and responsibility, we will not be responsible for parcels arriving damaged or with missing items, in the result of this happening, yourself is responsible for contacting the relevant company you purchased from. We will not be responsible for delays in parcels arriving to us.
{ No Warranties or Guarantees }
We make no Warranties or Guarantees of any kind verbally or implied.
{ Right to Inspect }
Your parcel or package, may at our discretion or at the request of Government authorities be inspected at their request.
{ Payment }
There will be no payment for the use of storing your parcel, a handling fee will be charged per parcel for the usage of the Address. Prices will depend on size of said parcel ranging between £3.00 to £5.00 stg and for larger items furniture, large electrical goods, beds and Mattresses etc, a payment of £15.00 will be applied.
{ Items not accepted by Mc Crystal Parcel Motel }
MONEY (coins, notes, negotiable instruments equivalent to cash such as endorsed stocks and bonds). Stamps or Coins of any kind. FIREARMS, WEAPONRY, AMMUNITION AND THEIR PARTS
FOODSTUFFS, PERISHABLE FOOD ARTICLES AND BEVERAGES REQUIRING REFRIGERATION OR OTHER TEMPERATURE OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL
FIREWORKS AND OTHER ITEMS OF AN INCENDIARY OR FLAMMABLE NATURE;
EXPLOSIVES of any kind
HUMAN CORPSES, ORGANS OR BODY PARTS, HUMAN AND ANIMAL EMBRYOS, CREMATED OR DISINTERRED HUMAN REMAINS;
HAZARDOUS WASTE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, USED HYPODERMIC NEEDLES AND/OR SYRINGES OR MEDICAL WASTE;
(FROZEN WATER);
ITEMS REQUIRING NIGHTLINE TO OBTAIN ANY SPECIAL LICENCE OR PERMIT FOR TRANSPORTATION
DEAD ANIMALS OR ANIMALS THAT HAVE BEEN MOUNTED
ART Original works of art, Frames
PRECIOUS METALS Bullion or precious metals of any kind
JEWELLERY gemstones, watches and items of a high value (see limit of liability)
VALUABLES, antiques, heirlooms, items of significant sentimental value or nature
AGE restricted materials of any kind including lottery tickets or any material where availability is restricted by law to persons over a certain age
PORNOGRAPHY or obscene material of any kind
ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO
FURS or items restricted by regulatory authorities
NARCOTICS, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES OR ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind
DANGEROUS goods of any kind that may cause harm or damage if leaked or spilled
LIQUIDS unless adequately packed to contain any leakage
COUNTERFEIT or contraband material of any kind
PERISHABLE items
Items that have a pungent or strong odour or items that may cause contamination of any kind
PARCELS THAT ARE WET, LEAKING OR EMIT AN ODOUR OF ANY KIND;
PARCELS OR ITEMS THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO, OR DELAY OF, EQUIPMENT OR PERSONNEL
BLOOD and pathology items that Items that present a biological hazard of any kind
Living creatures of any kind
GLASS, CRYSTAL or MIRRORS of any kind. CERAMICS or FRAGILE ITEMS.
{Breach of Terms and Conditions}
Mc Crystal Delivery Ltd and Mc Crystal's Parcel Motel reserve the right to suspend or refuse your custom on willingly and knowingly breaching the terms and conditions.
{ Incorrect Addressed Items }
Mc Crystal Delivery Ltd and Mc Crystal's Parcel Motel will not be held responsible for an incorrect delivery address on parcels, diligence and care is the responsibility of the customer of our services, said address will be supplied on registeration.
